Made as the soundtrack for a documentary about the ancient town of Crespi d'Adda in Italy, Il passato riemerso is a quiet but dark assemblage of the malincolic instrumental pieces from Passo Uno (cello, guitar, clarinet and percussions) and the field recordings from Hue, which also mixed and mastered the whole album.
